Scrapbooking's next leap

Artist Caro Neiderer has created silk rugs based on photographs of personal family outings. “My work revolves around the subject of memory and the question of what remains that is valuable.” On exhibition at the Zurich branch of Hauser & Wirth.

that image alone is amazing, but as a silk rug out of it too? cmon!!! uh, yeah, I was gonna do that w/my family photos too.
