I say yes! I think they are fun and light-hearted and if done right, I'm all for it. Just gotta be careful not to go too granny.

Me thinks not was my initial thought but after looking at those photos more closely, I don't think they are so bad...if done right. I like the first pic because the couch isn't screaming for attention.

I quite like the yellow sofa. But sectionals should be outlawed in rooms that are less than 40' long. They are just too damn big for a normal sized living room. Too big I tell you. They are leverites - leave her right there in the furniture store if you are contemplating buying one. Especially if you are thinking Granny fabric as shown. What in the hell were they thinking?

im ebarassed to say, but kind yes! they need some tweaking for sure, but they have a lot of heart!

I love the second pic, but don't think I'd like the print in any other context.

EN.OH. NO. Especially that last photo, blech. Sometimes intentional irony turns into a cartoon of itself.

The artwork in #1 & 3 is outofcontrol good. Otherwise, #1 is too drab. The contexts of #2 & 3 let the sofa fabrics work as an intentional statement rather than looking like pieces that need to be updated. I'd live in room #2 with the art from #3 faster than you could say bring mommy another mai tai

I actually like number 3--it reminds me of sheets that I had in the '70's.

I also want to have portraits of Chris and me like the ones on the wall!!!

I like them all, although some of the rooms could use restyling. I think those are Larry Sultan photos in the last image...

Hello and welcome to both LenoreNeverMore and Alissa!

Sara, I pronounce my name "RAY-na" but often get "Rah-EE-nah" or "Reh-NAY." I've had less problem with it here than in the States, because of all of the vowels in the Maori language. Kiwis just get vowels.

I like them, especially the sofa print combo and portraits in no. 3, dont like no. 1 though at all.

How can anyone get Reh-NAY out of Raina?!

I cant see past the upholstery - so its a no from me.

I have slept on that couch in sheets form.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO is my personal opinion. Don't get me wrong I love granny prints and flowers, but I just didn't like it in the photos, maybe because it's in couch form? It doesn't feel like it 'fits' in the decor, either. Personal opinion

Love the sofa in the third pic. Looks wild and chic; the fabric is probably not up to today's standards but it goes to show how colors and patterns come back around. The pillows look updated too, that helps.
