Pretty schizophrenic, especially the flowers. I really hate flowers. But there are so many other things in this picture to attack: the pillows, the chairs (which I love) with a banquette (?!), the too fancy chandelier, and the stone facade, which is very strangely juxtaposed with beadboard.

Just weird.

Style Vomit.

Ingest everything.
Realize 'everything' doesn't sit well.
Puke it up into a room.

I think I feel a headache coming on. What is not wrong with it? Chandelier is too high and too ugly, flowersare in what looks like a bathroom trashcan, the furniture is trying too hard and is coming off dorky and uncomfortable, and the fabric looks like kids bedroom sheeting..the decor totally ignores the coolest thing about the room which is the stone.

It's the table that's way off.
And I think they wanted to use those chairs so badly that they forced the red fabric on the window seat.
The flowers are just dumb.
Other than that, I love it! Truly - I would kill for windows like that.
(and I kind of like the chandelier.)

Flowers, yes. Big white windows with view, yes. Everything else, no.

The only thing not worth trashing here are those chairs, but in this room they are just wrong, wrong, wrong. And that stone-facing, looks like some sort of fungal growth steadily taking over the house...which on second thought, might not be a bad thing...

I'm taking real issue with the no seat padding in the window seat - just looks wrong to me. Im not loving the rest of it either - but sure it would look better styled differently - the tall flowers in this setting are a no!
