Sleep study

Desire to Inspire.

No, that's not a clever post title for a beautiful bedroom shot. I've just returned from a sleep study and I am not exactly sure why it is so named. Because sleep is about the last thing that happened. Hopefully, all of their intrusive testing will help determine why sleep eludes me.

So forgive me if any of today's posts are less than inspired.

Oh dear, hope they determine what ails you and your dozing off into dream land tout de suite! I've been there, often, so I know how lousy it feels. Can't seem to
turn my mind off.

But that bedroom is definitely nothing short of dreamy.

You might try margaritas, Brett has a couple every evening and he's invariably snoring away on the couch by 930.

Oh, girl, that sucks! I hope they found out soon! How long has this been going on?

Well, that snap is definitely inspiring...

I've always wondered the same thing.

Hopefully you can find sleep, I agree with David- margaritas.

speaking of margaritas, my 85 year old grandmother, pictured here: http://sol.pupazzo.org/?p=55
drinks a shot of tequila after lunch and after dinner, and look at her. And I'm sure bitch (I mean that in a good way grandma) sleeps like a baby.

Amy - Long enough to be bothersome.

Sol - WOW, is she ever a lovely lady!

Drop of Whiskey in your hot chocolate drink half hour before bed after a hot bath does the trick for me when i am not sleeping well. Funny how all remedies for sleep are to do with alcohol :)

I went to one this summer, woke up in the middle of the night, freaked out a bit because I was worried they wouldn't get the minimum number of hours needed, debated getting up to go to the bathroom because of all of the wires, and then couldn't get back to sleep.

I hope they get some good info for you out of it!

oh, i hope they figure out how to fix the problem. i either tend to have trouble sleeping, or trouble not wanting for sleep to end. it is tricky. but i sure hope you can get help for this. sleep is a really good thing.
