Happy Pesach!

To Nelya, Alexis, Joni, Naomi, and all of my Heeb lurkers, I wish you a Happy Passover!

If you haven't seen "When Do We Eat?," I cannot recommend it highly enough. Goyim, it's best you watch this with a Jew because you will need a cultural translator.

Same to you. Heeb lurker here. xoxoxox g.
Also, posted a photo for you. Glad your brain was working.

my favorite and my best said...

can i say heeb? even though i am not a heeb? i love the jews.
i got blasted by a reader once for even calling your peeps "jews". as if it were a bad word, akin to the 'n' word.
i had a big problem with this. in my mind i am jewish. although it's more like super waspy jew, like gwyneth.

Happy pesach right back at you.

i'm wondering how we can get together so you can be my translater? somehow i think your translation of 'when do we eat?' would be far superior to anyone else's...
happy passover!

MFAMB - Normally I wouldn't advise a goy to use "heeb," but from your mouth it would be funny.

Never seen it? I've never even heard of it! How is that possible? Can my kids watch this for family movie night? What the Hell! Freakin' Georgia. No chance my southern Blockbuster has this. Thanks for the heads up girl!

Oh, and of course, the happiest Pesach to you! Next year in Denver??? ;0)

XOXOXOXO-nelya

NKP - Um, I'm not sure that it's for children. The story hinges on an unintentional drug ingestion by the patriarch. You may want to preview and make up your own mind.

Never heard of the movie, either, but would love it. My entire Jewish part of the family is in NY, and this would be fun tonight. Of course, blockbuster does not have it!

Yes, definitely will preview. Thanks, R.!

never heard of this one- I'll have to educate my boyfriend with this movie.
last night he thanked my grandparents for hosting a lovely "sitar"... for some reason in his head that sounds like seder. hilarious!!!

Naomi - "Sitar"? That's the best.

I just saw this photo from last night's White House seder. How much do you love that they're using the Maxwell House haggadah?:

Yes, I want to see this with YOU as translator! I've only been to one seder in my life, so I'm culturally deprived.

Awwwww...I was going to blow you away with my knowledge of jewness and say Happy Pesach to you because I read the most recent post of GOOP...
