The uncommon cold

Stanford School of Medicine.

My sinus ebola (head cold) is in its second week and shows no signs of abating. In fact, it gets a bit worse each day. Yesterday, LB asked when I was going to get started steaming off the living room wallpaper. I said,"When I can stand up straight without feeling like passing out."

So, Dumplings, please excuse the light posting today and maybe the next few. I'm trying to fight my way out of the Land of Living Dead.

Maybe I need to buy more dresses...

I'm sorry. I had one of those too, over a month ago, and it still has one toe slightly in my nose. I hope you feel better soon. Lots of tea with thick slices of lemon and honey made me feel a little better.

Big Hugs!

GO TO THE DOCTOR. That is what started here and it ended up with swine flu and pneumonia. Please go. I felt like crap, but could have never imagined how sick I was.

i think I have caught your cold from the other side of the globe - how odd!
To remedy mine, Im going up to Byron Bay to chill me the fuck out for a whole week.
Does that make you feel any better?!

Apparently it is cootie town outside my home... good thing I never leave.

Hope you feel better soon, lady! Rest up, watch lots of crappy tv, and have a stiff martini to kill the germs.

I had that crud about a month ago and it is vicious. I didn't go to the doctor, but probably should have. I had a few days deliriousness that were a bit scary. I swear by hot tea, mucinex, advil cold and sinus and the liquid Tylenol nyquil stuff (NOT all at the same time, but in heavy rotation). Hope you are feeling better soon!

Maybe you should steam your head! Only partially kidding. Steam does help. Hope you find the winning combo soon.

I hope you're on the mend soon!

I don't know if I had what you have, but that shit is NASTY! I used mucinex and a daytime cold med since I had to work every day. I was the walking-dead dog walker lady for three weeks.

Rest and come back to us when you're your usual freshie fabulous self. (I just used freshie.)
