House guest

Dumplings, tomorrow one of my favorite people in the entire universe, SusieQ of Eye Spy, is arriving for a visit. I'm finishing up the scouring of my house and thinking about how much fun house guests are. These are a few rooms I wouldn't mind being invited to enjoy...

See you again in a few days!

have fun together!

I'd sure love to take a nap in one of these beds. The light streaming through the netting is just so peaceful.....

If you make it back down under - I have a sweet air mattress that you can slumber sweetly on!
Sure, I can fancy it up with a mozzie net!
Tempting, yes?!

Sharon - Thank you for that! If I know Susie, she will want to check it out too.

Leigha - Hello and welcome to this deliciousness!

Sarah - Besides tickets to the new King Tut exhibit, I think the plan is to shop, eat, and enjoy wine. Maybe not in that order.

Camilla - That does sound tempting.

Shelley - So GOOD to see you back!!! I hope L'Homme is recovering well.

Me sads it's not the foursome. Me happy for the twosome. I (as in Jenny and I) are expecting a running commentary on all the happenings. Live action, mind you! :0)

Have the best time, Girlfriends! I know you will!

Okay Lamp Shade followers, here's the scoop: Raina's house is even more fabulous in person than her photos. It's drop-dead stunning! Each room more delectable than the other. The finishes and materials are amazing, the overall layout/flow is perfection, and the entire neighborhood is a park-like setting. Then, Raina has designed each room brilliantly. The best colors, art, furniture, composition! And on top of that, Lady Lamp Shade is the supreme hostess! The guest room bedside tables were filled with lovely reading material, Godiva chocolates, and a sweet little bowl of ear plugs in the same hue as the eggplant walls. Raina girl, you're a wonder. What a delicious time I had! Thank you!
