Goofy or gracious?

Multiple side tables in place of a coffee table.

These tables are cool, but I don't like them in place of a coffee table. They look too tippy and make the room look kind of cluttered.

Two is my limit at least that's what I have but I'm starting to get annoyed and rather have one large piece to throw all my clean laundry on, one can't hold all my husbands underwear. This ones kinda goofy to me.

Ohhh. I'm a fan. Especially in a small space. I think four might be too mamy, but two or three is great..

I like it for the seating opportunities, not so much for table requirements.

I love these scattered about as an extra spot for my cup of coffee and a magazine, but I just don't think they are entirely practical as a coffee table in the main living area. That's coming from someone with a coffee table the size of a landing pad so perhaps I'm biased. Although I know my menz would love to use these as an obstacle course. :0)

maybe not 5. but 3?

Goofy. Also they don't look very stable. Add a glass of red wine and a few guests and you have a disaster on your hands.

As one little table off to the side of a chair. Yes. Five in front of guitar player guy. No. Actually guitar player guy looks embarrassed.

I have a hard time convincing clients that scatter individual tables, even nesting tables are the way to go, but if I can get them to try it they change their tune!

It is my preference. You don't fall into the wall around the one table traffic pattern.

In this case goofy.

I vote good. Cuz they'd be easy to disperse casually around the seating area for drinks and munchies and such.

I do like it in the outdoor conversation area.

I think they're OK. Practical even. For the next dinner party that ends up with everyone dancing in the middle of the room, it would be easy to move them out of the way without it being a big production.
