Let's hear it for the blogs!

Bri of Me, You and a Wiener once again proves that she is the Goddess of the IKEA Hack.  This Wearstler-looking wonder started life as a Mikael desk from the Big Blue Box.

My Favorite and My Best's JennyCakes has a crappy cold but is still able to post beauties like this glass mosaic covered house.

Miz Mandi of Interior Design Musings schools us with Before & Afters, but I'm not sure what she said because she started the post with this photo.

One of my blog BFFs, Nelya of Head Over Heels, invites us to wallow in some beam-tastic Spanish interiors.

New to the blogosphere with her too fab Pomp & Circumstance, Molly Marler wonders what the hell happened to glamour.

Over at The Blue Remembered Hills, an old interview with David Hicks begs the question "What in the world is going on with interior design these days?"  Thanks for the tip-off, Down East Dilettante!

And Alicia of Alicia B. Designs receives a little surprise from yours truly.

Thanks to Donna of A Perfect Gray who suggested I make "Let's hear it for the blogs!" a regular feature!

Just got back from grocery shopping (which I hate) logged on to see my new hack make it on your blog. Best day ever. You don't know how much I appreciate it. A lot.

I like this "Let's hear it for the blogs!" feature. Helps us find more great blogs. which I'm off to read. Thanks again! I wish you many rainbow filled days and cake. Everything's better with cake.

Well, nothing other than Donna's brilliant suggestion. I second that!

Bri is unbelievable. I was already gob-smacked with the cleverness of her previous chest of drawers Ikea hack, but this desk takes "clever" to a super-sonic level!

Great little regular feature.

Is it true that IKEA is opening a store in DENVER? If so, you are up shit's creek!
