They look like Labradoodle pelts...why would you put these in your home?

And WTF is up with the little skull and horns? What are those? It looks like someone done gone and shot themselves the characters from "Wonder Pets".

NOOO! They skinned Chewbacca!

That looks like the inside of a hunter-gatherer's mud hut. Tuareg chic?

Pretty sure the chair on the right will eat you.

Darn, someone already took the Chewbacca comment. Guess I have to get up earlier!

Not fond of dead animal souvenirs of any kind. I'm hoping the trophy antler thing soon goes the way of foxtails being worn around a lady's shoulders.

I thought those were dogs on the chairs until I looked closer.

It's nice that they put a fur throw on the chair on the left so that Captain Caveman standing there on the right would feel more at home.

I didn't know cavemen lived in townhouses.

I am too distracted by the CROOKED PICTURES to comment on the giant chair hair.

Where's the plastic, where is the commerical reference and where is the resource list? I need these things. This is so organic and individually styled, it makes me nervous. The portraits are hung funny, as if they mean something. I've never seen that before, it seems odd. Furthermore, all those well thought out textures make me feel dirty, I just want to feel shiny and new, but you know that's just me.

Omg-- the crooked pictures we're bugging the crap out Of me, too. They should have just passed on them and drew stick figures on the walls. It would have been mire in the spirit of the Cave drawings at Lasceaux (or however the heck that's spelled).

love seeing the winner of the westminister dog show, the scottish deerhound, featured on a design blog.

It needs to wax...badly.

The thing on the chair to the right is exactly how I'd imagine a muppet would look at Jim Henson's funeral

coletta (rhymes with Velveeta) said...

It looks like an Ewok on a chair.

Jane Schott said...

OMG! This needs to be cropped just above the chairs...

All in all, I'm fine with with everything but that super-narrow, oddly-placed, cow-milking bench.
These are, after all, icy Scandi climes -- one must keep warm.

I don't think I made myself clear. I love this room and everything about it.

Immediate thought: who killed chewbacca?!

Right after that: The Unibomber decorates???

My cats are begging for this!

Take the dirty looking animal skins off the chairs and I'd like it quite a bit!

i feel like the lumberjack man and wife that occupy these two seats must routinely use the bench-slash-table for arm-wrastlin'. it is the perfect height, after all.

Love it! x
