How can something so simple take your breath away?

Now this is a place of peace and calm.

It had to be European!

I like simple, but the bed cover is a bit anemic. Or is it just a sheet?

I need to just go ahead and subscribe to Nuevo Estilo (it's probably a million euros or something) because EVERYTHING in there is the shit.

Indeed, sometimes it is...it's raining yet again here, and I, for example, could go for a simple little lounge chair on a simple little terrace overlooking a simple little pool, near some simple palm trees, overlooking a simple ocean. Yup. Sometimes simple is best...

David - I'm thinking it's the elusive European "bedspread," the overscaled bed covering that falls somewhere between sheet and quilt in weight.

Nothing like a giant white sphincter over the bed and four bedside lights (two sconces and two lamps?) Strange. Something so weird about this space.

Also, is that a bench or a coffee table at the end of the bed?

Too simple to be relaxing. I'd feel the overwhelming need to get moving and finish this space.

The bed looks hard (like a punishment device), and I'd have to find a suitably distant home for that cloth-piece-thingy hanging over the bed.

Love the pretty coverlet, though.

I loveeeee floating-wall-headboard situations. I'm trying to talk a client into it now and they're all resist-y. fooey.

This is perfection! I suck at doing my own bedroom. I just can't get it right. I love this.

Ooooooo.

Courtney Cox needs that bedspread

Like it, but someone needs to push the bed and sidetables a little to the right.
