*** OMG!!! We got married in 1967 (OK, "counters".... we married when I was 3~~ Ha!) & in '66 we visited some family n' friends who had houses in PS then (we're from the SO CAL beach areas)... when I looked at this pic, MY V*E*R*Y F*I*R*S*T THOUGHT was "Holy cow!!! I've SEEN THIS/BEEN HERE before!!!... Maybe it was just a VERY SIMILAR house (I was only 17+), but my goodness, it brought back memories for me of the days of our YOUTH, GREAT TANS, THIN BODS & LOTSA LOVE... not much $$$ in those days, but who "NEEDED" it then????!!! Sooooo F*U*N to think back!!!!...

Sooooo, THANKS SOOOOO MUCH, RAINA!!!

Timeless & classy. I wouldn't change a thing.

Word verification: hystry. Coincidence? I think not.

Raina, I grew up in this area. Houses like this were not mid-century landmarks--just places people lived. My mom lived there for 40+ years and did architectural tours before she retired. I think I've been in this house!

Wasn't this the "Diamonds Are Forever" house?

Mrs BC - You're thinking of the Sheats Goldstein House in Beverly Hills:

Same architect - John Lautner
