I can see clearly now

Photo: Roger Davies for Elle Decor.

A beautiful partner desk that will never see a lick of work.

I adore it.
But yes, I'd be far too consumed with fear of scratching it or melting a whole through it with my coffee mug ;)

But a great place to watch a game of "footsie" while sitting there!

I'd be too distracted by how fat my thighs look

Love those chairs and would love them more in a different fabric.

I LOVE that desk even if it's totally impractical.

But it would be perfect for you, me, a pitcher of vodka lemonade and a stack of shelter magazines!

Love this! No clutter, simply reduced to the minimum but with elegance. I think this would be just the right place for working on new concepts for a design and to welcome a client. And I think the person who is going to work on this table does not need to worry about scratches - glass (if this is glass) can be treated...

So lovely, but I also would prefer different fabric on the chairs.

Yes. I would take this desk in a heartbeat...seeing I never work at my desk. Its just a collecting place for bills of which I may or may not intend to open.

I guess this desk as a dinning table would be out of the question. Kinda like those malachite chairs I did. My kids is not allowed to even look at em'. Impractical they is.

Who cares if it is functional...as long as it's pretty right? I'm shallow like that.
