The American Express Carriage House.
Built in 1866, the building originally housed the stables of the American Express company. In the 1980s, the carriage house was home to the infamous nightclub Area. The building now holds 15 units, including a 9,000-square-foot triplex with its own swimming pool known as The Marble House currently available for $20 million.
