John Robshaw for Duralee

Global print God John Robshaw has partnered with upscale fabric house Duralee to create a collection inspired by the designer's far-flung travels.

In a video short at, Robshaw debuts four of the new fabrics and shares his design process.

"Mahout" in "Multi" inspired by folk embroideries from Rajasthan.

"Safa" in "Bark" takes its cue from ikats and tiger hides.

"Tabriz" in "Coral" recalls hand embroidery from Tunisia.

"Chun" in "Charcoal" has the hue of Javanese temple walls.

Fabrics available to the trade at Duralee showrooms.
