I don't think Lena Dunham could have looked more matronly.

Raina - if you check my latest "post" you would see your headline come true - LOL.
Thanks for the chuckle...

Ay ay ay! Elizabeth Moss's dress looks like something from Shirley MacLaine's wardrobe (or windows?) in Terms of Endearment.

I totally agree but have to say that I do love Ginnifer Goodwin's dress/curtain!

Petra - That pattern would make an "amazing" awards show dress.

kates - Hers was my favorite dress of the night.

I'm not sure about curtains (I like mine plain), but perhaps pillows.

Evening gowns should be either elegant or sexy. I can't imagine why these women wanted to look so ... not elegant!

Dunno about Moss' dress, but she looks amazing. What great skin and I do like the contrast of the dark fabric against it. At least none of them played it "safe"...no risk, no reward. :)

Emilia forgot to take off her apron.
So refreshing June Cleaver-ish.

Oh Raina - you made me really laugh this morning. I wonder whether I could find an awards dress like that somewhere...oh my

Every one of these ladies should fire their stylists (who obviously hate them)

At first glance I thought Portia was wearing old sheet music.

Oh Gawd! Lena looks particularly ugly in that teapot cozy mess.
I bet Hendricks would rock the dress Moss wore though

all hideous. but portia's weurd byde pantsuit getup has got to go. also, has she had work done?

sherri - That's the general consensus. It's too bad, because a) she was lovely to begin with and b) it's going to be distracting when watching the "Arrested Development" reboot.
