Juliab - Marant is a French designer with an edgy street meets bohemian gypsy look. And Chico's is an American clothing chain catering the the over 55 set. Think lots of boxy jackets in awful "ethnic" prints.

Ha! Could definitely go either way. It depends on the personal style of whomever is wearing it. And like everything else, one would have to be of below-average BMI to look decent in this.
