Lust List - Doug Johnston baskets

Brooklyn artist Doug Johnston is a rope whisperer, coaxing yards and yards of cotton cord through a vintage industrial sewing machine to create sculptural beauties.

interesting that this post immediately follows the post about Target's spring line including its knock of of Mr. J's lovely work. Target is opening in Canada in a few months. I have mixed feelings about it.
