I don't know, I just don't like the look. Also, food and chalk dust don't go together.

Crafting gone wrong!

If you had a 14 year old son like I do this is an invitation for you to wake up every morning and find the words "tampons" or "Preparation H" boldly scribbled under your grocery list.

Chalk dust everywhere. No thanks.

I think that this would be great in a garage...not in the house!

No. Just no.

Not my style but this brings up chalkboards for listing grocery needs. They make no sense, as the list must be copied onto something that can be taken to the grocery store -- double effort. Just have a piece of paper hung in the kitchen on which family members can add needs.

Another one of those people who had too much time on their hands. Crafting gone amuck (then again I feel all crafting is muck).

Considering there's a string lights employed as kitchen lighting and a partial ceiling of haphazardly-installed waferboard, I'd say the fridge fits right in.

I expect more from a restaurant that has a prize winning toaster oven stand and a flight of pureed soups on the menu.
