Life is too short to live ugly.
The Majorelle Gardens recreated indoors makes me still feel like I am outside. I like it but that wallpaper cutting just seems to be coming from nowhere. I think it is a Nina Campbell which is nice enough but doesn't tie in for me.
you can keep the sofa and the strange parokeet (Nina Campbell?) wallpaper panel.....I'll take the rest...especially that fire screen and bench...k
Where to begin.......Fugly sofaArt over sofa too highIs that a 'guitar'? I think it is "hiding" a thermostat, why else is it just hanging thereA friggin mess
Love the blue and green and grey palette. That shade of blue against the green hue of the succulent is stunning....
I think this is quite possibly Hotel California.
I don't think that's wallpaper or art, I believe it's a roman blind on a majorly high window. You can see the light and mullions in the reflection in the mirror.
My mother-in-law has the same cactus on her front porch!
No thanks to the individual components, but yes please, thank you very much to the way they come together. Must be the colours.
Nothing says sit down and relax like a big ole cactus! I do think that sofa is pretty sexy though.
the architecture in that room is all verkakte, no matter what- big high window, fireplace shoved into the corner- so i give them props for working with what they had.
Except for the weirdly placed Nina Campbell wallpaper I like it.
Well, to tell the truth, I love it! Especially the color scheme and the cactus. There is something unique and interesting (all in a good way) about this room
my pet peeve is when art is hung too high!
Too many shapes for me...my mind was rushing around like rideing a carousel.
